and needs Prioritize quotes based on dealer tiers, customer deadlines, or first-come, first-served Create eye-catching 2D/3D drawings, colorful renderings, and detailed parts lists from gathered info Collaborate with Engineering for custom requests, ensuring all specs align perfectly Check your drawings and parts lists for accuracy—attention to detail is key Work with Purchasing and Engineering to get the best material options and costs Present final designs, prices, and extra goodies to customers with confidence Be proactive—recommend additional products to boost satisfaction and sales Upsell like a pro and suggest stylish promos to make every order more exciting Educate customers on product features and benefits, turning them into design fans Coordinate smoothly with Customer Service & Order Teams to take quotes from ready to shipped Be a team player—cover for colleagues and tackle new challenges with a positive attitude Other duties as they come up Requirements Have a Degree, Diploma, Certificate, or 2+ years ' experience in Interior Design, Industrial Design, Engineering, or related fields Project Management skills are a bonus Skilled in reading Architectural Drawings, Floor Plans,



and Specs Computer-savvy—familiar with AutoCAD, CET, CAD KEY, 20-20, Giza, and rendering software; proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Quick to learn new technology and adapt to change Friendly, polite, and a great communicator—both on the phone and in writing Well organized with excellent attention to detail A team player with empathy and a knack for problem-solving Common sense and rational thinking to handle tricky situations like a pro Basic industry knowledge and a professional approach to making smart decisions What 's In It For You?
