This role is ideal for an engineer with strongsystem integration, troubleshooting, and IT service managementexperience who is looking to grow within an expanding team and gain exposure across multiple facets of enterprise IT.Key ResponsibilitiesProvidethird-level supportfor complex system and integration issues across enterprise platforms.Supporttrade finance technology changesand ongoing BAU operations.Troubleshoot and resolve incidents using structuredITIL-based processes .Analyze and supportsystem integration patternsincluding REST APIs, messaging queues (MQ), and inter-system dependencies.Participate inon-call rotationsand deployment support activities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improvesystem reliability, availability, and performance .Contribute todesign discussions and architectural thinkingto improve long-term stability.Support continuous improvement initiatives across monitoring, incident management,
