Medallion is looking for three knowledgeable Superintendents to oversee daily building functions and maintain exceptional living environments. You will guide in office maintenance personnel, manage resident interactions, and supervise emergency situations—ensuring regulatory compliance at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct inspections of HVAC, plumbing, and fire safety systems
• Direct in-suite repairs and help facilitate unit turnovers
• Lead emergency responses and ensure proper documentation




• Maintain outdoor and indoor cleanliness at all properties
• Engage with residents to address maintenance issues
Requirements:
• 3-5+ years as a Superintendent or in building maintenance
• Strong expertise with mechanical and electrical systems
• Capable of performing emergency responses effectively
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
• Must participate in on-call rotations
