Fueling Brains Academy is seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Educator (ECE) for a new preschool. Your role will focus on creating an engaging and nurturing learning environment for children.
As an ECE, you will develop and implement innovative programs that spark creativity and foster cognitive growth in young learners. You will collaborate with families, ensuring open communication on their children's progress while creating supportive, safe spaces for exploration. This position involves helping establish a strong educational culture aligned with our Fueling Brains philosophy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate curriculum
• Create a safe, nurturing, and clean classroom environment




• Supervise children and ensure their safety during activities
• Foster positive behavior and manage challenges effectively
• Communicate consistently with parents on child development
Requirements:
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and current ECE Certificate
• Experience with children aged 0-5 years
• Familiarity with the BC Early Learning Framework and inclusion strategies
• Solid organizational and communication skills
• First Aid and CPR certification required
