As an integral part of the Commodities Technology team, the candidate will oversee the design and delivery of resilient, scalable trading systems. Leading front office engineering teams, you will ensure technology aligns closely with trading desks for Energy, Metals, Agriculture, and more. Candidates must have experience in Java development and be adept at high-performance trading environments.

Requirements: • BA/BS in Computer Science or similar • 5+ years in Java development for Commodities Trading • Understanding of commodities markets and trading workflows • Proven leadership in high-stakes environments • Strong team-oriented and analytical skills
