The responsibility of the Division Controller is to manage and maximize the return of financial assets by ensuring all financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems are followed. The Division Controller for Terus Construction will manage the entire Finance Department for Terus and work closely with Colas Western Canada Inc. head office to meet all financial deadlines, processes, procedures and policies in alignment with Colas Canada Inc. This position will work closely with the Vice President and the General Managers in support of their operations—first during the budget‑development phase, and then throughout the year to help steer and monitor performance.
