This position within the Community Rehabilitation Interdisciplinary Services (CRIS) gives you the opportunity to work collaboratively with a varied team, including Occupational Therapy and Social Work professionals. You'll provide thorough patient assessments, therapeutic interventions, and case management, fostering robust relationships with clients and their families. Your contributions will also include mentoring students and enhancing team capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver tailored physical therapy interventions for clients
• Assess patient needs and create individualized treatment plans




• Keep accurate clinical documentation of patient care
• Collaborate with healthcare providers for optimal outcomes
• Train and supervise Therapy Assistants and students effectively
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy
• Registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta
• 2 years of experience with complex cases
• Strong communication, assessment, and critical thinking skills
• Knowledge of community health determinants necessary
