This role is ideal for a Big 4–trained CPA looking to transition into industry while continuing to work on complex reporting, consolidations, and audit-driven processes within a sophisticated real estate platform.You’ll support financial reporting and investment activity across a growing North American portfolio, work closely with external auditors, and play a hands‑on role in improving controls, intercompany processes, and reporting quality. The role also includes oversight of an offshore accounting team.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and challenge monthly financial reporting packages received from operatorsLead investment onboarding and offboarding, including closing documentation, fund flows,
