Job Description

We are hiring a Project Manager in the Civil & Infrastructure division to plan, execute, and deliver large-scale construction projects across Quebec.

What you will do

- Plan, organize, and oversee all project activities
- Ensure full project management (scope, cost, schedule, quality, and risks)
- Develop, monitor, and optimize budgets, forecasts, and performance indicators
- Coordinate project teams (coordinators, engineers, superintendents, etc.)
- Maintain robust relationships with clients, partners, consultants, and subcontractors
- Contribute to bidding strategies, contract negotiations, and project setup
- Identify risks and opportunities and propose optimization strategies
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards on job sites
- Ensure work complies with contractual and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and best practices

This role is for you if you have

- A minimum of 7 to 15+ years of experience in project management within the construction industry
- Strong experience in civil infrastructure (earthworks,



structures, marine works, deep foundations, formwork, or equivalent)
- A degree in engineering, construction management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven ability to manage large-scale and complex projects
- Strong financial management and performance tracking skills
- A collaborative leadership style and strong influencing skills
- A results‑driven and client‑focused mindset
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
