***Skills & Competencies***- Financial leadership: budgeting, ROI, forecasting, variance analysis.- Hotel accounting expertise: AP/AR, credit, payroll, cash controls, internal audit.- Operational collaboration: partner with Rooms, F&B, Sales, and Operations teams.- Strong regulatory knowledge: ESA, OHSA, WHMIS, payroll standards, governmentrecord keeping and reporting requirements.- Analytical & communication skills: strong math, reporting, written and verbal communication. Strong Leadership and interpersonal skills.***Qualifications***- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
