The Investigator is a crucial member of the Detection, Prevention & Integrity Services (DPIS) team. You will conduct thorough investigations, assess data, and verify services with providers and clinics to combat fraud. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential for documenting findings in client-facing reports and collaborating with special investigations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct investigations of assigned cases from detection sources
• Analyze data with Analysts to identify fraud
• Document outcomes and proposed resolutions per policy




• Write detailed reports on investigative findings
• Recommend actions to mitigate future fraud risks
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education (degree/diploma required)
• Minimum two years' experience in investigative or analytical roles
• Robust decision-making and communication skills
• Bilingual in French and English
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Access
