This role at Senior Helpers focuses on assisting seniors with their daily living activities and monitoring their health. As a Health Care Assistant, you’ll provide emotional support, help with mobility, and ensure a secure environment for your clients. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Provide light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Monitor and report changes in client's condition
• Aide patients in mobility and transferring safely
• Offer companionship and emotional support
Requirements:
• Registered with BC Care Aide & Community Health Worker Registry
• Health Care Assistant program completion
• Minimum 1 year in healthcare experience
• Negative Criminal Record Check from the past 90 days
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred
