We are seeking a highly motivated lawyer to join our business law team. The successful candidate will work closely with our business law lawyers and join a team that provides a range of legal advice to clients that operate in a wide range of industries.



The ideal candidate is motivated by excellent work and highly engaged colleagues.

The successful candidate will have 3 – 5 years of post-call corporate, commercial and related experience, including:

- Experience independently handling M&A; transactions
- Commercial lease experience is considered an asset
- Excellent academic and professional credentials
- Strong analytical, communication and drafting skills
- A demonstrated commitment to teamwork and client service excellence
- A self-starter who is highly engaged with an interest in business development

Experience:

- post call corporate/commercial experience: 3 years (required)

Location: This is an in-person position in Burlington ON.
