In the role of Private Chef and Tournant, you will be responsible for crafting gourmet menus and delivering exceptional service. Ideal candidates possess strong communication skills and diverse culinary expertise, ensuring high standards of food preparation and kitchen management. You'll not only focus on guest satisfaction but also contribute efficiently to the kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver gourmet meals for 4 to 25 guests in chalets
• Collaborate with the culinary team on menu creation




• Assist in kitchen operations and buffet arrangements
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of workspaces
• Report problems and suggestions to the head chef
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Culinary Arts preferred
• Minimum of 2-3 years in a similar role
• Food Safe and WHMIS certifications required
• Ability to handle varying shift patterns
• Must demonstrate strong teamwork and communication skills
