As part of the Operational Excellence team, you will help foster a culture of continuous improvement within Unity Health. The Coordinator will support the Barrett Centre for Quality Improvement's initiatives through event coordination, communications, and stakeholder engagement. You will play a crucial role in promoting QI education sessions and the annual symposium, ensuring effective knowledge sharing and collaboration across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute the annual QI Symposium
• Coordinate educational sessions for quality improvement




• Support QI engagement activities across the organization
• Liaise with stakeholders to develop communication materials
• Assist in tracking metrics related to communications
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in project/event coordination
• Understanding of QI concepts like Lean/Six Sigma
• Robust communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital tools
