Global Financial Firm located in Mississauga, ON has an immediate contract opportunity for an experienced .Net Developer
Pay Rate: $70.00 - $75.00 Negotiable based upon years of experience

Summary:

- Work Mode: Hybrid
- Location: Mississauga, ON

Responsibilities:

- Design and develop solutions using .NET, Angular, Node.js, SQL Server, and related technologies.
- Produce well-commented, high-quality code and technical and release documents.
- Interact with team lead and/or BA to understand business requirements.
- Provide technical walk-throughs to various stakeholders (QA Team, UAT Team, etc.).
- Communicate with internal stakeholders and resolve data-related inquiries and issues.
- Work independently as well as within a team.

Requirements:

- Minimum 4 years of working experience in developing using Microsoft .NET and open-source JavaScript libraries: Angular, Node.js.




- Experience in analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation (all phases of the software development life cycle - SDLC).
- Solid working experience with .NET Core and JavaScript libraries.
- Knowledge and experience using CI/CD tools.
- SQL Server fundamentals.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent field.

Preferred Skills:

- Some understanding of the financial industry is an asset.
- Excellent functional, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Excellent written, presentation, and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to identify creative ways to achieve solutions.
