In this role, you'll engage with patients directly, utilizing your optometric knowledge and skills. You'll lead the execution of clinical protocols, ensuring all patients receive the necessary diagnoses and recommendations. Your collaboration with the Store Manager and team will foster a motivating work environment aimed at achieving optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver excellent Patient/Customer Service through clinical leadership
• Conduct patient greetings and assist with phone inquiries




• Ensure adherence to Clinical Protocols in service delivery
• Develop relationships with patients and provide accurate diagnoses
• Coach Associate Doctors on best practices and protocols
Requirements:
• Doctor of Optometry degree
• Knowledge of current Optometric technology and practices
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members
