As the Executive Director, you will manage finances, administration, and staff for Toronto’s only artist-run printmaking center. Leveraging your arts sector expertise, you'll build community relationships and oversee strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a small team for programming and operations
• Oversee staff recruitment, training, and evaluation
• Maintain solid community and membership relationships
• Act as spokesperson within national and international arts communities
• Implement and evaluate the strategic plan in collaboration with the Board
Requirements:
• Minimum five years in artist-run centers/nonprofits
• Strong financial management experience
• Proven track record in fundraising

• Effective non-profit governance experience
