This role will play an integral part in future design and build projects as Clutch expands its manufacturing brick‐and‐mortar presence. You will manage multi‐site projects from conception to completion, coordinate vendors and contractors, and ensure all projects meet quality, timeline, and budget requirements.What you'll do:Oversee construction engineering, planning, and design for Clutch reconditioning, retail, and expansion projectsFacilitate due diligence and evaluation of new facility opportunitiesPrepare technical reports,
specifications, and analysis to define design requirements, equipment, and servicesNegotiate contracts with vendors and present formal documentation for approvalProvide site management, planning, and coordination of subcontractors and project teamsCoach and guide project teams throughout the full project lifecycleEnsure contracted resources deliver work to meet duration and quality targets; address under‐performance issuesAudit contractors to verify skills and competencies for assigned workCommunicate projected changes in resource or work demand to contractorsEstablish and operate systems for scheduling, tracking, and recording contract workSupport contractors in achieving higher performance levelsWho you'll work with:Vehicle Operations team to understand operating requirements for each manufacturing siteLeaders of all office teams to understand requirements for employee officesExternal contractors, vendors, tradespeople,
