As the lead for the Fan Access Game Day Experience, you will ensure operational excellence for all assigned events. Flexibility in scheduling is vital as you will work evenings and weekends throughout the season.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Fan Access experiences during Toronto Maple Leafs games
• Brief and oversee the team of Fan Access Ambassadors




• Ensure guest experience excellence with check-ins and escorts
• Troubleshoot real-time issues for guests
• Organize materials needed for all Fan Access areas
Requirements:
• Previous experience in fan engagement or event operations
• Exceptional leadership skills in fast-paced environments
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
• Must work all home games and playoffs
