As an Associate Insurance Advisor II, your role is pivotal in fostering agency success through attentive client engagement and sales efforts. The position requires in-depth knowledge of The Co-operators' products while focusing on meeting unique client needs. You will assess risks, manage client relationships, and contribute to the agency's performance goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional service in personal lines insurance
• Perform thorough risk assessments and underwriting
• Identify additional product needs for clients




• Conduct inspections and re-inspections to ensure compliance
• Manage and resolve customer inquiries effectively
Requirements:
• Preferred: OTL license and 2 years insurance experience
• Knowledge of auto and property insurance products
• Strong underwriting and assessment capabilities
• Proficient in client communication and support
• Desire to maintain industry licensing through continued education
