We are seeking passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing team and make a meaningful impact in the community.

What You’ll Do

- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide direct supervision, training, and ongoing support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Implement evidence-based interventions, including Natural Environment Teaching (NET).
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent progress.
- Collect and analyze data to measure client outcomes and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

Qualifications

- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Experience working with individuals with autism preferred.
