Location: Toronto, ON (North York) – Full‑Time On Site

Salary: $70,000+ plus benefits (depending on experience)

An established, award‑winning architecture practice is seeking an Intern Architect / Project Assistant to join its Toronto team. This unique opportunity involves working on a confidential, high‑profile federal government project, while gaining hands‑on experience in project delivery, consultant coordination, and project management.

What You'll Be Doing

- Support the Project Manager in delivering a confidential federal government project.
- Coordinate architectural documentation, project deliverables, and drawing packages.
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and clients to keep information flowing efficiently.
- Assist with RFIs, site instructions, payment documentation, and contract administration.
- Attend project meetings, prepare minutes, and track action items.
- Coordinate project submissions, approvals, and documentation throughout all project phases.

What We're Looking For

- Degree or Master’s in Architecture.
- Intern Architect with the OAA or recently licensed.
- Majority of Canadian Experience (CA) Program / Site Hours already completed.
- 4–8 years’ experience within a Canadian architecture firm.
- Experience on public‑sector, institutional, civic, educational, healthcare,



justice, transportation, or government projects is highly preferred.
- Strong Revit, communication, organization, and consultant coordination skills.
- Comfortable working full‑time on site as part of an integrated project team.

Security Requirements

This position supports a confidential Government of Canada project.

Applicants Must

- Be Canadian Citizens.
- Be eligible to obtain Government of Canada Security Clearance.
- Must not have resided in or visited countries on the Government of Canada’s exclusion list within the past 10 years, including China, Iran, Pakistan, India, or Russia.
