In this role, you will support employee record updates, pay exceptions, and facilitate the management of related information. You will be responsible for various payroll-related activities, including time entry assessment, exception pay calculations, and generating reports. Your role will significantly impact the efficiency of asset management operations and ensure compliance with university policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review time entries for accuracy and compliance
• Enter and adjust timecards in the AiM system




• Research information as requested by HR Partners
• Calculate exception pay amounts and reconciliate balances
• Initiate eForms and coordinate payroll activities
Requirements:
• Diploma in Business
• 5 years of experience in operations maintenance
• 1 year of exception pay handling
• Proficiency in university applications preferred
• Solid computer skills in data processing
