Key Responsibilities:
• Develop positive relationships with residents and stakeholders
• Handle resident inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
• Ensure adherence to property management policies




• Conduct site inspections and oversee maintenance
• Complete financial and operational reporting
Requirements:
• 3-5 years experience managing residential properties
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Solid organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Familiarity with MS Office products
• Experience with Yardi systems is a plus
