We are seeking a Senior Software Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain modern web applications in an Agile setting. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with front-end and back-end technologies, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices.

Must-Have Qualifications

- Experience working with Agile methodologies
- Strong experience with React and TypeScript
- Experience with Node.js and Next.js
- Experience working within a Microsoft Azure cloud environment
- Experience testing custom software developments

Technical Skills (40%)

- Experience working in Agile environments
- Strong hands-on experience with React and TypeScript
- Experience with Node.js and Next.js
- Experience building and testing RESTful APIs
- Working knowledge of Jamstack architecture
- Hands-on experience with responsive design, front-end testing, debugging techniques, page load optimization, and version control
- Working knowledge of DevOps practices, task boards, and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with headless content management systems
- Experience developing front-end functionality such as login pages, profile creation, notifications, and self-service registration
- Ability to translate technical system specifications into fully functional, tested applications, including:
- Developing detailed programming specifications
- Writing and/or generating code
- Conducting unit testing
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation, conversion, and deployment





Experience (40%)

- Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure
- Experience working with Agile methodologies, including Kanban/task boards
- Experience working with RESTful APIs
- Strong programming and systems analysis experience
- Experience collaborating with IT professionals throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Experience with Agile Scrum for design, development, implementation, and maintenance of applications
- Experience designing, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting applications
- Experience applying modern design patterns, deployment strategies, and troubleshooting techniques
- Experience with one or more communication protocols
- Experience gathering and documenting requirements from business stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet deadlines
- Experience integrating with identity and access management systems such as Azure AD B2C and Okta
