Key Responsibilities:
• Manage shop area and equipment downtime effectively
• Handle inbound repair calls from internal and external clients
• Review expense reports and direct them to Maintenance
• Ensure accurate tracking of work orders and associated costs
• Promote a strong safety culture within the department
Requirements:
• 3+ years in truck repair shop management
• 310T license is an asset
• Valid Driver's License is mandatory
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
