In this position, you will be responsible for operating recycling machinery, training staff, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. You will take lead on sorting duties, effectively communicate with plant management, and act when supervisors are unavailable. A focus on quality assurance and operational workflow will be crucial to maintaining a productive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform hands-on sorting duties to lead team efforts
• Safely operate and adjust recycling machinery
• Ensure compliance with material quality standards




• Act as the main contact for operational inquiries
• Conduct shift oversight and report management issues
Requirements:
• High school diploma required; post-secondary is a plus
• Leadership experience in a similar role preferred
• Previous experience with recycling machinery desired
• Forklift certification required or willingness to obtain
• Robust communication skills and physical capability
