Index Exchange is looking for a detail-oriented Senior Accounts Payable Accountant to enhance our accounting operations. This role focuses on timely AP transaction processing and requires hands-on experience with Coupa and Expensify.
In this senior accountant role, you will be responsible for processing vendor invoices, performing reconciliations, and supporting month-end close activities. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong attention to accuracy with a detailed understanding of GAAP accounting principles. Exceptional communication skills are essential for collaboration with vendors and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process vendor invoices with accurate coding and approvals
• Match invoices to orders and investigate discrepancies




• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve outstanding issues
• Review employee expense reports via Expensify
• Maintain accurate vendor records in Coupa
Requirements:
• 3+ years of accounts payable experience
• Hands-on experience with Coupa and Expensify
• Strong reconciliation and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
