In this role, the HR Generalist will provide expert HR guidance and services to managers and employees across various functions. You’ll engage in recruitment, benefits management, employee relations, and performance assessments within a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Your contributions will enhance the employee experience and support organizational growth while utilizing HR systems like Workday and UltiPro.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide HR solutions for recruitment and employee relations
• Support RRSP, Health benefits, and talent planning




• Maintain effective union relationships and compliance
• Conduct interviews and manage the onboarding process
• Generate HR analytics and reports for decision-making
Requirements:
• 3+ years in progressive HR roles, 1+ in manufacturing
• CHRP designation is required
• Experience in unionized settings
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with WSIB claims management
