As a full-time manager, you will assist in developing and overseeing the AML/CTF compliance program. Collaborating closely with the Sr. Manager, you'll enforce adherence to all Canadian regulatory requirements and lead risk assessments. This position demands solid analytical skills and the ability to engage cross-functional teams to maintain a robust compliance culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and enhance AML/CTF compliance programs
• Establish and update AML policies and procedures
• Implement Know Your Customer (KYC) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD)




• Monitor changes in regulations for compliance
• Oversee investigations of suspicious activities
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in criminology, law, or finance preferred
• 5+ years in AML/CTF, preferably in gaming or fintech
• Strong knowledge of PCMLTFA and FINTRAC guidelines
• Experience with transaction monitoring and data analysis
• Excellent communication skills in English
