Job Summary The Educator role is the foundation of our success as an organization. Educators are experts in creating world‑class customer service (guest experience) in our retail stores. They engage and connect with guests, provide top‑quality product education, and speak authentically about our community and culture. Key Responsibilities Guest (Customer) Experience Interact with guests to ensure a great experience, valuing their time. Assess guests’ needs to provide customized, effective purchase and return solutions. Provide technical product education by articulating the product’s value and benefits. Facilitate seamless end‑to‑end guest experience by conducting accurate and timely transactions and executing omnichannel programs (e.G., buy online/pickup in store, phone sales, ship from store). Move dynamically on the floor to continuously engage with guests and attend to guest or store needs. Receive guest feedback and partner with store leadership to take appropriate action and "make it right" for guests. Working With Others Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by welcoming and celebrating differences. Establish supportive and productive relationships with all team members.



Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal guest experience and support store operations. Operations Perform product presentation tasks (e.G., restock, repossess, destock) according to company standards. Use in‑store technology to support operations and provide positive guest experiences. Perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift to maintain the luxury environment of the store. Understand and adhere to people safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment. Job Requirements Eligibility Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located. Must be 18 years of age or older. Must have proof of the Right to Work and evidence relating to local legislative requirements (EMEA only). Must have the ability to travel to the assigned store using own transportation. Availability Willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Other Willingness Requirements Willing to work in an workplace with bright lights and loud music. Willing to move through a store most of each shift to help guests and accomplish work. Willing to move boxes weighing up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg). Willing to work as part of a team and also complete some work independently. Job Assets (Nice to Have) Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Compensation & Benefits Package Base Pay Range: $18.25 – $21.00/hour (subject to local minimum wage). Target Bonus: $2.00/hour. Total Target Base Pay Range: $20.25 – $23.00/hour.
