Amazon Canada Fulfillment Services is on the lookout for a Workplace Health & Safety Specialist to influence safety culture and implement effective safety strategies. You will oversee daily safety audits, conduct incident investigations, and lead safety training initiatives tailored to engage all staff. This position focuses on blending technology with human-centered solutions to promote a safer workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement comprehensive safety programs based on data and trends
• Conduct daily safety audits and risk assessments
• Lead effective safety training sessions for associates

Requirements:
• High school or equivalent educational background
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations, particularly 29 CFR 1910
• At least 1 year in an EHS-related field or equivalent
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality in workplace matters
