In this on-site role, you will deliver essential support to manufacturing operations while addressing technical challenges in RF product production. Your responsibilities include assisting with product scaling, conducting inspections, and collaborating with engineering teams on design changes. You'll ensure compliance with quality standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives throughout production.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide daily technical support for production lines
• Assist in scaling new product designs for manufacturing




• Review and maintain documentation for accuracy
• Conduct first article inspections to validate quality
• Troubleshoot failures in electrical components and assemblies
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
• Experience with RF testing or high-frequency systems preferred
• Familiarity with MRP systems and ECO processes
• Knowledge of ISO-compliant manufacturing environments
• ESD-secure practices understanding
