Ongwanada Developmental Services is looking for Community Support Workers for casual and part-time roles within Kingston, Gananoque, and Napanee. The position involves a multifaceted approach to care, including assistance with personal care, daily living tasks, and community engagement. Part-time offers a minimum of 24 hours per pay period, requiring open availability to support the needs of individuals served.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the protected care of individuals in residential settings
• Provide support in personal hygiene and daily activities




• Engage in cleaning, cooking, and laundry duties
• Drive clients to community activities using Ongwanada vehicles
• Facilitate recreation and leisure activities for clients
Requirements:
• Health Care Aide certification or related experience preferred
• CPR and First Aid certifications required
• Valid class G driving license necessary
• Strong communication skills and sound judgement
• Ability to handle job-related physical demands
