Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee end-to-end Customer Business Review (CBR) cycle
• Chair CBR forums to translate demand and supply effectively




• Establish governance frameworks for cross-functional alignment
• Serve as primary supply chain advisor to leadership
• Own performance reporting for customer supply chain KPIs
Requirements:
• 10+ years of supply chain leadership experience
• Deep experience with implementing and leading CBRs
• Track record of KPI governance and performance metrics
• Relevant supply chain certifications preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
