We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people succeed, building solid relationships, and turning well-designed systems into consistent daily practice. As Safe Operations Partner , you'll play a key role in the continued development and implementation of Kroeker Farms' Safety Management System. Working closely with the HR Operations Lead and leaders across our organization, you'll help ensure our training programs, inspections, investigations, and safety processes are organized, effective, and continuously improving. This role combines hands-on work throughout our operations with the organization and follow-through needed to promote and ensure safe work at all levels. You'll spend time working alongside employees, supporting leaders, delivering training, coordinating safety activities, and helping build a workplace where everyone has the tools and knowledge they need to work safely. As Kroeker Farms continues its journey toward SECURE Work Certification and beyond, you'll have the opportunity to help shape and grow the systems that will support our people and operations for years to come.





Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and deliver safety training, onboarding, and certification programs.
- Lead workplace incident investigations, reporting, and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate inspections, emergency drills, and safety-related documentation.
- Maintain training records, certifications, and safety management documentation.
- Support leaders by coordinating corrective actions and promoting safe work practices.
- Monitor and improve the day-to-day operation of the Safety Management System.
- Build robust relationships across the organization and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Experience and/or education in workplace safety, manufacturing, agriculture, training, operations, or Human Resources is considered an advantage . Experience with SAFE Work Certification, COR, or other safety management systems is also an asset, but we value attitude, initiative, and a willingness to learn just as highly.
