Overview Our client, a well-established group benefits consulting firm , is seeking a Group Benefits Account Manager to support and manage a portfolio of employer-sponsored benefits plans. This role is ideal for a service-oriented professional who enjoys client relationship management, plan administration, and working closely with advisors and carriers. Role and responsibilities Manage a portfolio of group benefits clients across health, dental, life, disability, and wellness plans Act as the primary client contact for ongoing plan administration and service inquiries Coordinate renewals, marketing, and plan changes with insurers and carriers Prepare renewal reports, plan summaries,



and client presentations Support implementation of new benefit plans and onboarding of new clients Assist with employee communications, plan booklets, and enrollment materials Liaise with carriers on claims issues, escalations, and administrative matters Maintain accurate client records and documentation Support consultants and advisors with analysis, reporting, and client deliverables Qualifications 5+ years of experience in group benefits administration, consulting, or brokerage Strong knowledge of group health and benefits plans in Canada Experience working with insurers and carriers Excellent client service and relationship management skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office GBA designation or working toward it is an asset Ability to manage multiple client priorities in a deadline-driven environment Positions and location Hybrid work model with time in a Toronto office Toronto, Ontario, Canada Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Customer Service and Analyst Industries: Insurance and Employee Benefit Funds We’re unlocking community knowledge in a current way.
