We are seeking a full-time MICE Coordinator with a TICO certification to assist in the complete management of MICE events. You will use your skills in event planning, client communication, and operational support to ensure each event’s success. Your role includes preparing proposals, coordinating vendors, site evaluations, and managing participant logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate all aspects of MICE events from start to finish
• Prepare proposals and costing based on client briefs
• Liaise with hotels, venues, and suppliers for event services




• Organize site inspections and prepare detailed schedules
• Monitor event service delivery and provide client support
Requirements:
• Must be TICO certified
• 1-3 years in events or MICE operations
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in office software including Excel
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
