As the Executive Office Administrator, you'll report to the Executive Assistant to the CEO, ensuring smooth coordination among executive commitments. You will manage calendars, draft correspondence, and prepare essential materials to facilitate decision-making. Your proactive and organized approach will enhance communication and drive effective execution of business priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate executive calendars and meeting logistics
• Draft and format qualified communications and reports
• Prepare presentations and organize documentation for leaders
• Manage travel arrangements and support operational processes
• Serve as a liaison among stakeholders to ensure timely completion
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in business or related fields
• 1-3+ years of administrative experience supporting leadership
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and Teams
• Excellent communication skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain discretion
