Reporting to the Visual Merchandising & Product Manager, you'll execute various visual merchandising initiatives across stores in your region. Your role involves supporting seasonal transitions, maintaining presentation standards, and partnering with store teams for merchandising projects to deliver an impressive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement floor sets and product launches across assigned stores
• Assist with bed styling, signage, and overall store presentation
• Train and support store teams in visual merchandising




• Complete store recaps and keep track of merchandising effectiveness
• Engage with District Managers to improve visual execution
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in visual merchandising or retail presentation
• Solid organizational skills with multiple priorities
• Relationship-building skills for team collaborations
• Able to work independently while traveling
• Detail-oriented with a passion for presentation
