In your capacity as General Labour Supervisor, you will lead the Sample Preparation floor operations while ensuring quality control and staff training. Your hands-on role will focus on troubleshooting production issues and maintaining shift performance. You will be essential in fostering communication and collaboration among your team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure operational standards and compliance for sample preparation
• Train and monitor technician performance on shift
• Conduct quality checks and manage sample processing times




• Troubleshoot internal and external production issues
• Perform basic maintenance and assist supervisory staff
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in relevant scientific fields or equivalent experience
• At least 2 years of relevant laboratory experience
• Forklift certification and First Aid Level 1 required
• Robust computer skills and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in different conditions
