Company OverviewOur client is a new Canadian launch company developing a reusable methalox launch vehicle designed to provide sovereign access to space for Canada.Location: Canada (Relocation Supported)Salary: $225,000 – $260,000 CADOpportunityThe Head of Structures will lead structural architecture and development for the launch vehicle. While the title reflects discipline ownership, the role is highly technical and hands‑on at this stage. The successful candidate will work directly on the design and development of flight hardware while helping shape the future structures team as the company grows. This role is ideal for someone who has contributed to a 0–1 rocket program that has successfully reached launch and who enjoys working in quick‑paced environments where systems thinking and cross‑discipline collaboration are essential. You will work closely with the CTO and other discipline leads to ensure the structural design integrates seamlessly with propulsion, thermal, and vehicle systems.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and development of the vehicle airframe and primary structuresDefine structural architecture across the launch vehicleDevelop load cases and perform structural modelling and analysisConduct thermal‑structural analysis for flight hardwareDrive structural testing and validation campaignsCollaborate with propulsion, avionics,
