Position: MDM Project Manager Location: Toronto, ON Contract - 1 Year + Likely of extension or Conversion Pay rate : $70 - $75/hr Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced MDM Project Manager to lead and deliver enterprise-level Master Data Management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have domain experience in Real Estate, or FinTech , combined with exceptional stakeholder communication skills and advanced PowerPoint presentation expertise . You will be responsible for driving MDM strategy, governance, implementation, and adoption across business and technology teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end delivery of MDM programs, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure Define and implement MDM strategies, governance frameworks, and data quality standards Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions Manage cross-functional teams including data architects, analysts, and developers Ensure alignment with enterprise data strategy and regulatory requirements Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and proactively drive mitigation plans Track and report project progress, KPIs, and milestones to senior leadership Create high-impact PowerPoint presentations for executive stakeholders, steering committees, and client engagements Facilitate workshops, status meetings, and executive briefings Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, Data Management, or related field 7+ years of project management experience, with at least 5+ years in MDM initiatives Proven experience in one or more domains:
