- Packages orders using approved materials and checklists
- Checks contents and labels against documentation before submission
- Checks and scans shipments in the system of record
- Updates status, logs, and tracking fields to keep artifacts traceable
- Schedules pickups and delivery handoffs within defined turnaround times
- Notifies designated contacts of variances
- Records discrepancies, damages, or missing information and reports issues promptly with clear context
- Applies privacy, security, safety, and quality protocols in all handling and storage activities




- Documents compliance as required
- Updates personal job aids and completes required training
- Suggests small improvements to checklists and templates for supervisor approval
- Collaborates with teammates to confirm requirements, due dates, and handoffs
- Routes out-of-scope inquiries to designated contacts

- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required
- Less than 2 years of experience in pharmacy support, shipping/logistics, warehousing, or a related field required
- Certification in pharmacy technician practice or logistics and warehouse operations, or equivalent preferred
