ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Promptlyanswering the telephone in a warm and inviting manner;
- Operatinga multi-line telephone system, transferring calls to appropriate salesrepresentatives or departments;
- Welcomingon-site customers,



determining the nature of business, and announcingvisitors to appropriate personnel when necessary;
- Performingvarious clerical and administrative duties;
- Communicatingwith inquirers and visitors in a professional, friendly and effectivemanner;
- Acquiringbasic knowledge about the dealership in order to be able to respond toinquiries for general information;
- Maintainingthe reception area in a tidy and presentable manner;
- Assistingin the administration and coordination of dealer trades when necessary;
- Stockingin vehicles when necessary;
- Licensingnew and used vehicles when necessary;
- Distributingmail and coordinating all courier pickup when necessary

KNOWLEDGE,SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

- Professionalphone manner;
- Goodinterpersonal and organizational skills;
- Professionalbusiness appearance;
- Previousdealership experience is an asset
