All applications are reviewed by human reviewers.Position SummaryThe Manager, Engineering & Maintenance is responsible for leading and integrating the Engineering and Maintenance functions within a 24/7 manufacturing environment operating under Controlled Goods regulations. This role ensures the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all plant equipment, infrastructure, and engineering processes while driving continuous improvement, capital project execution, and regulatory compliance. The position oversees a multidisciplinary engineering team and a full maintenance organization, providing both direct and indirect leadership across salaried and unionized employees.
