We are looking for an LPN with a minimum of one year’s experience in medication administration to join our compassionate team. This full-time role requires working 12-hour shifts, leading CCA staff, and maintaining high standards of patient care. Ensure your CPR and WHMIS training is up to date as you help us support a diverse group of residents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and monitor medications in a timely manner
• Train and supervise CCA staff effectively
• Maintain consistent attendance and shift schedules
• Keep required safety certifications current




• Support an inclusive and respectful atmosphere for all residents
Requirements:
• Must hold a valid LPN license from an accredited program
• 1 year experience in medication administration needed
• Preferably have experience in a geriatric setting
• Current CPR certification required
• Must provide criminal background check
