General Description

The Key Accounts Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with strategically important clients. The role focuses on maximizing sales opportunities, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth through tailored account strategies, relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

- Account management and relationship building with key clients
- Serve has the primary contact for key clients
- Maintain and build robust relationships with key stakeholders
- Strategic Account Planning
- Develop strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and grow revenue within assigned accounts.
- Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities.




- Understand each customer's business objectives and align Standen's capabilities to support their success.
- Monitor market and competitor trends to anticipate client needs and identify new business opportunities.
- Sales & Revenue Growth
- Meet or exceed assigned revenue and profitability targets.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize value for both the client and the company.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, finance, etc.) to deliver results
- Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of account activity, sales forecasts, and performance metrics
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for management on key account performance.
- Customer Support & Issue Resolution
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
