Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain SOPs and process maps
• Support operational readiness for FY26/27 project delivery
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements
• Collaborate with stakeholders for operational alignment
• Ensure service standards and quality in documentation
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
• 2-3 years’ experience in financial services
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Experience in client-facing roles is essential
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
